I have alot of info hashes for torrents but cannot relate them to any such torrent file and am trying to write a PHP program that will do this for me and download the torrent file. In a browser it is done like so with the last 40 digits being the info hash. Torrents also use a hash, which uniquely identifies the torrent. Note the torrent, not the torrent file, not the tracker, and probably not even the content (although it is initially computed from the content). It represents if you will the torrent swarm itself (over time).

you must need trackers for a torrent to be downloaded in magnet link here is an api which gives you current seeders and leechers include with the magnet link by just using the torrent infohash
